Our Guarantee: When you shop at wowelingerie.com you can shop with confidence! Most of our items are returnable (see below for exceptions). If you are dissatisfied with your item, you may return the item for a full refund within 30 days of receiving the item less shipping and handling costs. Any item being returned must be in new, unworn condition and in it's original packaging. In the event that you need to return a product, please email us at customerservice@wowehotlingerie.com for return instructions and a RMA (return merchandise authorization number). Items will not be accepted for return without a valid RMA. Returns on items will be accepted within 30 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card or paypal account minus any shipping, handling and/or freight charges.

Hygenic Exceptions to our Guarantee: Being that some of our products are of a very personal nature we are unable to take them on a return basis due to hygenic reasons. These items include but are not limited to thongs, g-strings, booty shorts, hot pants and pouches. These exceptions also pertain to but are not limited to lingerie sets that include thongs, g-strings, booty shorts, hot pants and pouches. Because of these hygenic considerations we highly recommend that you check our size charts prior to placing your order.

When you make a purchase from www.wowehotlingerie.com it will show on your credit card or paypal account as paid to Way Out West Enterprises.

wowehotlingerie.com does NOT charge any tax on orders placed outside the province of Britsh Columbia! If you live within B.C., you will be charged 7% P.S.T. (provincial sales tax) on your order.

A $5.00 handling fee will be added to every order. Regardless of order size the charge will remain at $5.00. As an example order #A is for $32.00 plus the appropriate shipping fee and a $5.00 handling fee. Order #B is for $443.00 plus the appropriate shipping fee and a $5.00 handling fee.

Any and all applicable duty charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Canada - please allow 2 to 4 weeks

Continental United States - please allow 7 to 10 days.

Although it doesn't happen often there may be an occasion when the product(s) you order are not available due to backorders with our manaufacturers. In this event we will notify you within 48 hours of your order, and we will work with you to find a resolution that best suits you.

As we strive to ship out orders within 48 hours cancellation of orders must be done within 24 hours of the original order time. Shipping, handling and freight charges will be applied to all orders shipped prior to receiving your cancellation. To cancel an order please email us at orders@wowehotlingerie.com.
